Hello and Welcome!

My name is Christine Hammond, RN. I am the founder and owner of RNurse Consulting & Care Management, PLLC.. a concierge nursing service offering care to residents of Mohave County, AZ.

With the goal of enhancing the overall wellness of Mohave County, I began this service to provide care, education and guidance to those older adults facing ongoing health challenges.

I earned my Registered Nursing degree in Angwin, CA at Pacific Union College. With over 15 years experience in nursing, my background consists of a range of experiences as a healthcare professional including General Medical/Surgical, Nursing Management, Ambulatory Surgery, and Home Health. I am also certified in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).

I moved to Mohave County in 2020 where I worked for a local Home Health agency. I soon noticed the need for quality care management and education for those that slipped between the cracks of the healthcare system. The ones that didn’t qualify for or have Home Health Care benefits, or had loved ones trying to care for them from afar or without the knowledge to do so.

I will provide personalized nursing services for pre/post-op patients, those recently discharged from the hospital, and others who are in need of a patient advocate to collaborate with their healthcare team.

I believe quality care and education are key components of healing that have a positive impact on overall wellness.

My favorite part of nursing is seeing a patient come to a level of ease because of the care I was able to provide. I love bonding with my patients and their families. One of my favorite parts of my job is that I get to meet people who inspire me everyday!
